SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PLA ships same day on all orders placed before 2 pm PST. All orders are processed within 48 hours. We protect our orders with Route —a package protection and tracking solution—to give you the best possible delivery experience. Route Protect is premium package protection for your online orders. With Route Protect, you can easily file issues for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

All PLA orders come with Route Package Protection, unless deselected. If you choose to not protect your order with Route Package Protection, PLA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Please reach out to sales@parislashacademy.com within 48 hours of delivery if there are any items missing or any issues with your order.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
PLA ships same day on all orders placed before 2 pm PST. All orders are processed within 48 hours.

  • Shipments are processed on normal working business days, Monday-Friday.
  • Paris Lash Academy may experience a high volume of orders during sales and holidays and you may experience shipping and processing delays.
  • COVID-19 may delay your shipment as no fault of Paris Lash Academy.
  • Paris Lash Academy is not responsible for lost packages if the wrong address was entered. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an accurate address and contact information. We DO NOT and CANNOT edit customer's addresses in anyway.
  • Paris Lash Academy is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages if customer foregoes Route Package Protection.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard shipping are on average 1-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you selected during check out, and the location of your shipping address. Delivery time includes processing and shipping time.

USPS First Class and Priority shipping times are only estimates not guaranteed.

  • USPS First Class is estimated 3-5 business days to arrive. As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.
  • USPS Priority Mail is estimated 2-3 business days to arrive. As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.

Once your parcel leaves Paris Lash Academy, shipping times are dependent on carrier. Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed no sooner than 7 days with Route after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

EXPEDITE SHIPPING 
These times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. Expedited shipping does NOT deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • UPS 2nd Day air is a guaranteed 2 business day shipping service. Please note that UPS doesn't deliver to P.O boxes. Orders placed before 2pm PST will be shipped the same day.
  • UPS Next Day Air is a guaranteed 1 business day shipping service. Please note that UPS doesn't deliver to P.O boxes. Orders placed before 2pm PST will be shipped the same day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping averages 3 to 21 days. Delivery time may vary depending on your country and the shipping carrier you selected during check out.

  • DHL Express estimated delivery time for international orders: 2-5 Business days.
  • USPS estimated delivery time for international orders: 7-21 Business days.

Once your parcel leaves Paris Lash Academy, shipping times are dependent on carrier. Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed no sooner than 20 days with Route for international shipments, including Canada unless a Canadian merchant is shipping within Canada, and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES 

  • Paris Lash Academy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return or exchange any unused or unopened products within 10 days from the day you received your order.

  • Liquid products, including adhesive, cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your adhesive contact our customer service via email at sales@parislashacademy.com.
  • All PLA Tweezers can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase. We know tweezers are very personal, and we want to make sure you find the pair that's right for you.

Payment for returns will be completed once items are received at the PLA warehouse. Shipping and Route costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout. When you add Route Protect at checkout, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days.

ROUTE FAST FACTS

What is Route Protect?

Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue with Route and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer. Once purchased, Route is non-refundable.

Where is my order?

What are Route’s Policies?

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered 
  • Orders over $250 USD require a police report

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • Issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (US), 60 days from order date
  • Issues can be approved no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (International), 60 days from order date

Damaged

  • File issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.

What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route package protection at checkout. 

When you add Route Protect, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days.
