Same day shipping if order is placed before 2 pm Pacific Time. Please double check your address as PLA won’t be responsible for lost packages caused by wrong address.
 Shipping Policy Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 24 hours. Shipments are processed on normal working business days. Paris Lash Academy may experience a high volume of orders during sales and holidays and you may experience delays.
COVID-19 may also delay your shipment at no fault of Paris Lash Academy.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: Only UPS and USPS will ship to P.O. Boxes. APO/FPO can expect normal delays in shipping due to geographical locations.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking Customers will receive shipping confirmation and order tracking in their e-mail. Customs, duties, and taxes: Paris Lash Academy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages or Lost Packages: Customers may choose to purchase shipping insurance through Route and file their claims with Route.
Paris Lash Academy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or Route directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Once the package is scanned accepted at usps or ups, Paris Lash Academy is not responsible for the package anymore. Please contact post office or ups first before contacting Paris Lash Academy.
Paris Lash Academy is not responsible for lost package if the wrong address was filled in. We do not retype address on shipping label, it is printed however it is input at check out. So please double check your address before summiting your order.
